YUCK. I just looked at my book list for this semester. SOOOO many, and SOOOO expensive. Plus, the two most expensive (each about $150) are "sets", ie, I don't know if I can buy them online because the teacher may have included a special pamphlet or study guide with the book itself that will be required in some way.

UCK. Again. They should say there are THREE certainties in life: Death. Taxes. And getting ripped off buying books for college. Added up, I have about $500 in books to buy this year. Do you know how much AG that would get me? Lots! Basically everything I want.

Oh well. At the beginning of the year, I budgeted $1200 for books and lab fees. So far I've spent about $600, so I'm still on budget, at least. It just would have been nice to have some extra spending money for, oh, I don't know, rent, at the end of the year.
